Did you ever wonder about the people that make Penn Foster what it is today? We employ over 500 talented and dedicated employees who work in unique ways to provide you the quality education and services you receive. Many of our employees have spent their entire careers working at our school. Currently 1/3 of our workforce has been employed with us over 10 years. We’ve even got 27 employees who have worked here over 30 years!
Our employees include married couples, parents and children, and lots of siblings. Why do they all work here? Well, we ask them that question on a regular basis. We conduct semi annual surveys to ensure we are the best employer we can be. Our employees tell us their top two reasons for working here are the people that make up Penn Foster and the quality education and services we provide to our students. In answer to the question “What do you like best about Penn Foster?” here are some examples:

Many of our employees are currently or have been Penn Foster students as well. We encourage our employees to further their own education through our programs. It makes sense to us that employees who have taken our programs have the best understanding of what you, our students, need from us.
We are an employee population of varied ages and backgrounds. Our jobs are varied – we work in distribution, printing, marketing, education and student services, to name a few. Some of us are new to education, while many have made this their lifetime career. One thing we certainly share is the commitment to upholding our mission – Changing lives through accessible, affordable education.
