The Labor Day Holiday

Labor Day, the first Monday in September, is a yearly national tribute to the contributions workers have made to the strength, prosperity, and well-being of our country.  Our government views this day as a celebration of the American worker, “…the creator of so much of the nation’s strength, freedom, and leadership”.

What does this holiday mean to you?  For me it’s a day to be with my family, either at a family picnic or just lounging around all day watching movie marathons on TV with the kids.  What’s your ideal holiday?

We hope you had a wonderful and safe Labor Day!
